What do I do if there is a mechanical problem?
If the bike you are riding has a mechanical problem, or if you see a bike with a mechanical problem, please call the Yellow Bikes office at 859-425-2008 or 859-425-2590 to report it. Please mention the bike number (each bike will have a sticker listing a unique identification number), the location of the bike, and the nature of the problem.
